2023 Sessions & Tuition

2023 registration is open now!

  • 2022 enrolled campers and other returners will have from when we open 2023 registration until November 30, 2022 to register in order to be guaranteed a spot for 2023.
  • Families on the waitlist for summer 2022 will remain on the summer 2022 waitlist. Please fill out a 2023 camper application, and you will retain your position on the waitlist for 2023.
  • Families who would like to get on our waitlist for the first time should also fill out the camper application. For a one-week window after our application opens, ending on October 14, 2022 at noon PDT, applications from new campers will be grouped by Side of Camp, Session, and Grade, placed in random order, and then put on their respective waitlists in that order, behind any campers who were on previous years’ waitlists and did not get in. After this one-week period each year, new applicants will be placed on their waitlists in the order they are received. Please note this is a new procedure for 2023. We believe this is a fairer and more orderly way for new applicants to get on the waitlist than a rush to hit reload when the application opens.
  • Families applying for financial aid: Please fill out the application before November 30 if you can. You will also complete a Financial Aid application. Those are due on February 1. If you are unsure of your plans, please contact Family Experience Manager, Ali Walker and give her as much information as you can, as it helps us with planning.

If you have any questions or concerns, please email our Family Experience Manager, Ali Walker, or call our office at 360-376-2277.

During our month-long sessions, campers experience a full program of activities, trips and group living experiences. Campers entering the 9th or 10th grade take a 6-day canoeing, sailing, kayaking or backpacking trip out of camp. The ages for the 4-week session are 9 through 15, entering grade 4 through grade 10.

Junior Session is for young campers who have little camp experience. For one week, the children learn to enjoy the experience of living with others. We go riding and sailing, make crafts and have special activities. Evenings end with songs and stories. The ages for Junior Session are 7 through 10, entering grade 2 through grade 5. Because this is an introduction to camping and space is very limited, we allow campers to participate for just two years.

Counselor-In-Training Program tuition, for applicants who are accepted, is half of the month-long session cost.

Families that send three or more siblings to Camp in one summer receive a 10% discount on tuition.
