Registration & Deposit

A completed registration form and a $1,000 deposit ($350 for Junior Session) are the first steps towards enrolling your child in camp. If you have any questions, please call the office at (360) 376-2277 or email info@fourwindscamp.org.

Returning campers are guaranteed enrollment if they register before November 30. New campers are welcome to sign up before November 30. We hold those registrations, and enroll new campers on a first come, first served basis once the return camper guarantee expires, until Camp is full.

Payment Options

Families applying for Financial Aid should refer to this page. Families paying full tuition have two options for payment:

Option 1: Pay deposit at the time of application, and the full balance of tuition by February 1st. You may use any payment method with this option.

Option 2: Pay deposit at the time of application, and pay the balance of tuition in monthly installments, with the last payment made on April 1st. We will automatically charge your credit card equal monthly installments (your balance divided by the number of months until April 1st) on the 1st of every month (or the next business day). Payments will start on the 1st of the month following enrollment or on October 1st, whichever is later. The last installment will be paid on April 1st. You must pay by credit or debit card to use this option.

Withdrawal Policy

Deposits are fully refundable prior to November 30, or anytime when the camper is on the waitlist. After November 30, deposits are nonrefundable for enrolled campers.

Between February 1 and April 1, half of the full tuition amount is refundable. After April 1, tuition is nonrefundable. All withdrawals must be made in writing.

During camp, we reserve the right to send children home for poor behavior or policy violations without refunds of tuition.

Is Camp Full? Get on our Waiting List!

Camp often fills early, and we maintain waiting lists when it does. If camp is full when we receive your application, you may choose to be placed on this list. Campers are chosen based on available openings within their gender and age group.

Should you choose to be placed on a waiting list and a spot does not become available (or you advise us in writing that you would like to be removed from the list), we will gladly refund your deposit.
