Are you ready for an adventure? As our Sailing Trip Leader, you'll have a great time taking kids sailing this summer!

While in camp, you'll teach sailing skills in classes at the dock, but your real adventure takes place outside of camp. You'll plan and lead 1 to 6 day trips among the San Juan Islands in 19' Lightning sailboats. In boats and on land, you'll teach outdoor skills, environmental care, and self-sufficiency to kids ages 9-16. Safety is a top priority, and you'll need great enthusiasm in working with kids while at sea. It's a great job leading these trips that the campers will remember for a lifetime.

To be our Sailing Trip Leader, you must have strong small sailboat experience, camping skills, current CPR, Lifeguard, and Wilderness First Aid (such as WFA, WFR, or WEMT - we can help get you certified!) certifications, documented skill and experience leading trips, and must be at least 21 years old.
