Our waterfront program at camp is very popular, and with so many activities offered to campers, it takes a special person who can coordinate and supervise it all. We're looking for that special someone to manage this program this summer!

As the Assistant Waterfront Director, you'll supervise staff of 12 sailing, rowing, canoeing and general dock instructors during 4 class periods each day, and coordinate with the Head of Trips to manage our water-based trips program. Mentor and help train other staff in instruction and safety procedures, and coordinate all dock activities. You'll also act as the Head of Dock in his or her absense. Safety is critical on the waterfront. The ability to work calmly under pressure and enjoy working with kids of all ages is also very important.

To apply for this position, you must be at least 21 years old, hold current Lifeguard Certification and have experience supervising a waterfront program.  First Aid and CPR certifications are also required.
