We're proud of the overnight trips we take, and during the summer months, taking a trip our of camp is one of the highlights for our campers. We're looking for a few good canoe trip leaders to help make this program a success.

As a canoe trip leader, you'll teach canoeing skills in classes at the dock while in camp, and plan and lead 1 to 6 day canoe trips in 6-person cedar and canvas canoes to various destinations throughout the beautifulSan Juan Islands. While on land, you'll teach outdoor skills and environmental care and encourage campers to develop self-sufficiency. Safety is a top priority.

CPR, Lifeguard training, Wilderness First Aid (such as WFA, WFR, or WEMT - we can help get you certified!), documented skill and experience leading similar trips are all required. Our Canoe Trip Leaders must be at least 21 years old.
