at Four Winds * Westward Ho!

Because you'll be spending your summer working closely with kids, our hiring process is quite thorough. We'll want to contact references and review your past work experiences to make sure you'll have a fun and successful summer at our camp.

To become a counselor, we require that you've completed high school and have at least one year of college (or equivalent experience). Some positions require specific certifications or qualifications.

Our hiring season begins on November 15 for returning staff, and on January 1 for new staff. Leadership Training Program (Counselor Trainee, Helping Hand, and Assistant Counselor) applications are due on February 28, and will be considered all at once.
