In the Summer of 2003, Camp Four Winds * Westward Ho revived an old camp tradition - taking a 3-week long sailboat trip to Princess Louisa Inlet, located off the Strait of Georgia in Western Canada. A select group of campers from all over the United States had an incredible adventure as they learned the necessary skills and knowledge of sailing the the sea to reach this incredible destination. It was truly an adventure of a lifetime for all those who participated - and once again, a yearly camp tradition that will be repeated in the Summer of 2008.
Lead by a qualified, licensed captain and staff, sailors spend several days in camp preparing the boat and getting acquainted with each other, and learning their roles and responsibilites during the trip. Once they set sail, they're away from camp for about 3 weeks, visiting many beautiful destinations along the way.
We have a limited number of spots available this Summer,
